Cody has been a certified personal trainer for 9 years. After losing 80 pounds he wanted to show others that reaching your goals are possible. He now dedicates his life to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Cody is a well rounded trainer that has trained anyone from teenagers to seniors. It doesn't matter what physical handicap you may have he will always find a way to get the best results.
Ben is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University in 2018. He spent his childhood playing sports and stayed active in college after his playing days were done. After graduating, he jumped right into helping others achieve their fitness goals. He is an educated trainer with a solid background in HIIT-based exercise and can work with clients of any skill level or age.
